2.6 Account Acceptance. Registration does not automatically guarantee Account approval. em7777 reserves the right to decline or revoke any Account registration at its sole discretion, including where required by regulatory obligations or where a Player fails to meet eligibility criteria.
3.1 Account Ownership. Your em7777 Account is personal to you. You may not transfer, sell, assign, pledge, or otherwise dispose of your Account or any funds therein to any third party. Any purported transfer is void and constitutes a breach of these Terms.
3.2 Credential Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your em7777 login credentials — username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) issued to your registered Philippine mobile number. You must not disclose your credentials to any other person. em7777 will never ask for your password through any channel, including live chat, SMS, or email.
3.3 Unauthorised Access. You must notify em7777 immediately if you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation. em7777 will not be liable for any losses incurred prior to notification. You acknowledge that any bets or transactions made using your Account credentials — even if not made by you personally — are binding unless em7777 determines through its own investigation that fraud or unauthorised access has occurred.
3.4 Dormant Accounts. An Account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months is considered dormant. em7777 reserves the right to apply an administrative maintenance fee to dormant accounts, provided that the combined fees shall not exceed the remaining Account balance. Players will be notified prior to any fee being applied.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. em7777 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Philippine payment channels: GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, 7-Eleven CLiQQ, Coins.ph, GrabPay, InstaPay, and USDT TRC20. The Platform operates in Philippine Peso (₱ / PHP). The minimum deposit amount is ₱100.00.
4.2 Deposit Processing. GCash and Maya deposits are credited to your Account balance instantly upon confirmed payment. 4.6 Own Funds Requirement. You may only deposit funds that lawfully belong to you. Depositing funds on behalf of another person or accepting funds from a third party for use on em7777 is strictly prohibited.
5.1 Binding Nature of Bets. Once a bet is confirmed on the em7777 Platform — whether in the live casino, sports betting, bingo, or any other game — it is final and binding. Bets may not be cancelled, amended, or withdrawn after the point of confirmation, except where expressly permitted by specific game rules.

5.3 Palpable Errors. "Palpable error" means an obvious and undeniable mistake that a reasonable person would immediately recognise as incorrect. em7777's determination of what constitutes a palpable error is final.
5.4 Live Dealer Games. All em7777 Casino live dealer games are streamed from certified gaming studios using genuine physical equipment — cards, wheels, and dice — and operated by trained professional dealers. Game results are determined in real time and are final once declared by the dealer. em7777 is not responsible for connectivity interruptions on the Player's end that prevent timely bet placement.
5.5 Sports Betting. Sports betting at em7777 is subject to additional sport-specific rules available in the Sports Betting section of the Platform. Where a sporting event is suspended, postponed, or cancelled, em7777's settlement rules as published in the relevant sport's rules page will apply. The outcome of sporting events is determined by the official result as declared by the relevant governing body.
6.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, reload promotions, and VIP rewards offered by em7777 are subject to these general terms and any specific promotion terms published at the time the bonus is offered. In the event of any conflict, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise specified, all Bonus Funds and winnings derived from free spins are subject to a wagering requirement of thirty-five times (35x) the bonus amount before withdrawal is permitted. 6.6 Bonus Expiry. Unless otherwise stated, Bonus Funds that have not been used or wagered within thirty (30) calendar days of being credited will automatically expire and be removed from the Account balance without compensation.
7.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the em7777 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and referral to Philippine law enforcement or PAGCOR:
8.1 All content on the em7777 Platform — including but not limited to the em7777 brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, graphics, software, text, and promotional materials — is the proprietary intellectual property of em7777 or its licensors and is protected under applicable Philippine and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
8.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the em7777 Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial use as a registered Player in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not grant you any rights to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, create derivative works from, reverse-engineer, or commercially exploit any content or software on the Platform.
8.3 Any unauthorised use of em7777 intellectual property is a violation of these Terms and may constitute an infringement of applicable law, for which em7777 will seek appropriate legal remedies.
9.1 Platform Availability. em7777 endeavours to maintain continuous Platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, system updates, infrastructure failures, or circumstances beyond em7777's reasonable control. em7777 will not be liable for any losses — financial or otherwise — arising from Platform unavailability.
9.2 Gambling Risks. You acknowledge that participation in gambling activities involves inherent financial risk, that the outcome of games is uncertain, and that you may lose all funds deposited into your em7777 Account. em7777 does not guarantee any outcome, profit, or return on any bet or game.
9.3 Limitation of Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, em7777's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with the Platform — whether in contract, tort, negligence, statute, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their em7777 Account during the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
9.4 Exclusions. em7777 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill — arising from use or inability to use the Platform, regardless of whether em7777 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
9.5 Third-Party Services. The em7777 Platform integrates with third-party payment processors, game providers, and technology services. em7777 is not responsible for the acts, omissions, errors, or failures of any third-party service provider, including processing delays, game errors attributable to game provider software, or payment failures attributable to bank or e-wallet systems.

11.3 Player-Initiated Closure. You may request closure of your Account at any time. Upon closure, any verified real-money balance (excluding forfeited Bonus Funds) will be refunded to your registered withdrawal method within the standard processing period.
11.4 Effect of Termination. Upon Account termination, your licence to use the em7777 Platform immediately terminates. All pending bets placed prior to Account closure will be settled according to their respective game rules. Sections 7, 8, 9, and 13 of these Terms survive Account termination.
12.1 em7777 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. These Terms and all matters arising out of or in connection with your use of the em7777 Platform are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including but not limited to the Civil Code of the Philippines, the Electronic Commerce Act (Republic Act No. 8792), the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173), and applicable PAGCOR regulations.
13.2 Dispute Resolution Procedure. In the event of any dispute between you and em7777 arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform, you should first contact the em7777 customer support team via live chat, setting out the nature of your dispute in detail. em7777 will endeavour to resolve all disputes within fourteen (14) calendar days of receipt.
13.3 PAGCOR Escalation. If a dispute is not resolved to your satisfaction through em7777's internal process, you may escalate the matter to PAGCOR through its official complaint and dispute resolution channels. em7777 is bound by any determination made by PAGCOR in its regulatory capacity.
13.4 Jurisdiction. Without prejudice to PAGCOR's regulatory jurisdiction, the parties irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines for the resolution of any dispute that cannot be settled through the above processes.
13.5 Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from the remaining provisions, which shall continue in full force and effect.
